I need ratings in the people directory tied to the person object so at a glance I know which pipelines they're in and how we have rated them

@Woody Butler Quick piece of feedback on ratings, which we lean on heavily to organize our pipelines.

The core gap: ratings show up inside pipelines but not on the person object in the People Directory. We start most of our workflows from the People Directory, so not seeing a person's rating there breaks the flow.

Two asks:
1. Surface the rating on the person object in the People Directory, not just at the pipeline level.
2. Make it filterable and sortable there.

On the data model: our mental model is that a rating is a property of the person, not the pipeline. If we rate someone 3 stars, that should hold wherever they appear, whether Fund 1, 2, 3, or 4. Worth noting, I tested copying a contact from one pipeline to another and the rating did carry over, so it looks like the underlying data already behaves this way. The remaining gap is purely visibility, filtering, and sorting at the directory level.

Thanks,
Brian
